Short version: the guides are information, not advice. The issuer's own terms always win. We don't activate cards, hold money, or decide eligibility.
These terms govern use of stuckatstep. Using the site means accepting them.
An independent guide to store-bought prepaid cards. It explains processes, fees and fixes in plain English. It is not operated by Netspend, Pathward, N.A., or any card issuer, and it isn't endorsed by them.
Figures and requirements are checked against issuers' published material and carry a check date. They can change between checks. If anything here disagrees with the issuer's own terms, the issuer is right.
Corrections are welcome via the contact page and are made promptly, with the date updated.
Where a form on this site takes card details, they're passed through to the issuer to start activation and aren't retained here afterwards. Details entered on the issuer's own flow never reach this site.
Because nothing is retained, a failed submission means re-entering the details. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
The site is provided as-is. It may be unavailable during maintenance or through faults, and no uptime is guaranteed. No warranty is given that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site — including declined applications, fees incurred, delays, or money lost through the issuer's process. The remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Some links earn a commission if you go on to apply, at no extra cost to you. It doesn't change the fee you pay or the terms you get. Full detail is on the disclosure page.
The text and layout are ours. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine. Republishing whole pages without attribution isn't. Issuer names and logos belong to their owners.
Links to issuer pages are provided for convenience. Once you follow one, their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them, and continued use means the updated version applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state shown in the site footer, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
